Manufacturing Quality

Wrapid has invested in high technology conversion equipment to provide precision converting with a current capacity of 5000 tonnes per annum.

In IML applications it is necessary for the film to hold electrostatic charge to allow "pinning" in the mould. However this may make feeding in the printing press difficult. Wrapid carefully control the conversion process so that all variables are near constant. This keeps feeding jams to a minimum.

Wrapid products are carefully packed for transit to prevent ingress of moisture and impact damage.
